When the morning feels impossible and the night stretches too long, we're here. Noon & Nite meets you wherever you are in your journey — because healing shouldn't keep office hours.
The Noon & Nite Group was founded on a simple but radical idea: that no one should have to face the darkness of alcohol dependence alone, and no one should be turned away because the clock says "we're closed."
Located in the heart of Longview at 704 Glencrest Lane, our group has served as a steady presence in the community for decades. We meet twice daily — at noon and in the evening — because we understand that the urge to drink doesn't respect a schedule.
We are a self-supporting, non-profit fellowship open to anyone who wants to stop drinking. There are no dues, no fees, and no requirements other than a desire for change.
Consistency is one of the most powerful tools in recovery. That's why we offer meetings at both midday and evening — so there's always a room waiting for you.
A midday anchor for those who need support during the workday or the afternoon hours when isolation can creep in.
An evening gathering for those facing the hardest hours — when the day ends and the thoughts begin. You are not alone.
Walking into your first meeting can feel daunting. Here's what makes our group different — and why people stay.
Recovery isn't a single moment — it's a practice. Our group is built around the principles that have sustained millions worldwide.
The foundational roadmap for personal transformation. Our meetings regularly explore each step through shared experience, scripture, and group discussion — not as doctrine, but as a living path.
The most powerful tool in any meeting is the person sitting next to you. Real stories, real struggles, real solutions — passed freely between people who understand because they've lived it.
Every member is encouraged to find a sponsor — someone further along the path who can guide, challenge, and walk alongside you through the harder moments of early recovery.
We welcome people of every faith and none. The spiritual dimension of our program is defined individually — it's about connection, purpose, and something greater than the self.
What is shared in the room stays in the room. Our tradition of anonymity creates a space where vulnerability is protected and trust is the foundation of everything.
Recovery deepens when you reach outward. Whether it's setting up chairs, making coffee, or simply listening — service is how we keep our own recovery strong while lifting others.
These are real reflections from members of our group — shared with permission — about what changed when they started showing up.
I walked in on a Tuesday night with nothing but exhaustion and a desperate need to stop drinking. The person at the door shook my hand and said, 'Glad you made it.' That was 6 years ago.
The noon meeting became my anchor. Before that, every afternoon was a battle I fought alone in my car. Now it's the most honest hour of my week — and the only reason I'm still here.
I didn't believe any of it at first. The steps, the sponsor, the talking. But I kept coming back because everyone in that room looked at me like I mattered. That was the medicine I needed.
Picking up the phone is often the hardest part. We know — we've been there. Call us. There's no judgment, no obligation, and a room full of people who will welcome you without question.
